The main motion framework adopts linear drive combination of linear motor and raster ruler. And the precision of raster ruler reaches up to 1μm, which reduces the volume of product and improves the reliability, speed and precision of motion.

With 25-60L/h building speed, ±0.3mm product accuracy and the printing time for one job box within 12±2 hours, such performance achieves the top level of international sand type 3D printer, and the sanding speed ranks the top level of any product of the same model.


Consumables-Free Fresh Sand Processing System

CFD calculation method adopted to optimize the sand processing system, which makes consumables like filter unnecessary during sand processing, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
